Returns and Refunds

Our #1 concern is our customer’s satisfaction and we stand by our creations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item please reach out to us and we will resolve the issue with a refund, substitute item or replacement as needed. If at any time a standard product you received doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll send you a replacement or substitute item. This will be shipped out within 2 weeks, but shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you're still not happy, send it back we'll issue a full refund excluding return postage.

Due to the nature of custom requested items, returns or substitutions will not be possible but we will discuss with you what is needed to keep you as a satisfied customer.
