Our Story
No matter the medium, the ability to imagine a thing and then bring that thing into reality with our hands is the height of human endeavors (and filthy hands).
From when I was a child I had always worked with my hands. My sets of Legos were constantly broken down and made into new things. My dad was the best of teachers and is probably in the dictionary next to the word “handyman”. He and I did countless projects around the house and from those projects I learned the basics on how to make just about anything. I went on to college and received my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and continue to work in that field today. Engineering drawings could never fully satisfy my needs for creating and thanks to my loving wife’s support (and me watching far too many episodes of “Forged In Fire”) I ventured into the art of blacksmithing.
After satisfying every family member and friend’s requests for forged items, I wanted to continue making more and learning new skills. We then began venturing into attending local arts and crafts shows and the business has continued to grow from there with new projects, shows, custom orders and requests. I continue to push forward and take on new projects with excitement to learn new skills and see where things will lead!
